If your Philips care device makes a strange sound or your hair does not cut as well as before, we can help you with a few simple steps to fix this problem. Your groomer needs to be cleaned regularly to work properly. Hair or dirt can get stuck in the device and affect its performance. It may be that your groomer has not been properly assembled which causes it to make strange sounds. Take off the used trimming or cutting attachments and put them back on. We recommend oiling your groomer every 6 weeks. When your groomer's battery is running low, this may sound strange for you. Please fully charge your device before any further use
