Santsolutions is a London-based independent retailer operated by Raphael Yembra as a sole trader. We have served customers for six years, supplying electronics and gaming, beauty and personal care, home and household products, baby essentials and pet products.

Authenticity & Supply Chain Guarantee

We only supply genuine, brand-new, factory-sealed UK-specification stock sourced through official distribution channels. Brands in our range include Sony, Ninja, Microsoft, Philips and LG. We retain supplier documentation to support the provenance of the goods we sell. We are an independent retailer; our sourcing relationships do not mean that a brand owner operates this website.

Manufacturer warranties apply under the manufacturer's terms for the exact product and UK market, including any registration requirements stated with the product. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are additional and remain unaffected. Contact us directly if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Orders ship from our UK facility at 27G The Heights, London, SE7 8JL. We normally process orders within 1 working day and estimate standard delivery at 3–5 working days from order placement.
