Who is responsible for your data?
Raphael Yembra trading as Santsolutions is the controller of personal data used to operate this store. Contact: santsolu@gmail.com, 07810 698716, or 27G The Heights, London, SE7 8JL, United Kingdom.
Information we collect
When you order or contact us, we receive information such as your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details, payment status and correspondence. Payment information is processed by the payment services offered at checkout, including Squarespace Payments and its payment-processing partners. Do not send card details or passwords by email.
Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Website visits may generate technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, pages visited, referring links and cookie preferences. Squarespace also processes certain technical browsing information for its own purposes, as explained in its Privacy Policy.
Why we use data and our lawful bases
Contract: to accept and fulfil orders, take payment, arrange delivery and returns, and provide order-related support.
Legal obligation: to keep required tax/accounting records, comply with lawful requests and meet consumer-law duties.
Legitimate interests: to protect the store and customers against fraud, maintain security, resolve enquiries and disputes, and improve our service where those interests do not override your rights.
Consent: for optional cookies and marketing where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
Who receives information?
We share only information needed for the relevant purpose with service providers such as Squarespace (hosting and store functions), payment processors, Royal Mail or another delivery carrier, email/support services, professional advisers and analytics services where enabled. A payment or finance provider selected at checkout may act as a separate controller under its own privacy notice. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
For provider information, see Squarespace Privacy, Stripe Privacy and Google Privacy for Google Analytics or other Google services where used.
Cookies and marketing choices
Essential cookies support functions such as the basket, checkout and security. Use the website's cookie controls to accept or reject optional cookies and revisit your preferences. You can also manage cookies in your browser, although blocking essential cookies may affect shopping functions. Optional analytics or advertising cookies require consent where applicable. You can unsubscribe from marketing using the message link or by contacting us. Order and service messages are still sent when needed to fulfil your purchase.
International transfers
Some providers, including Squarespace, process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Squarespace describes its transfer safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum, including applicable adequacy arrangements and standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum where required. Other international transfers must use an applicable UK adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
How long we keep information
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for its purpose. Order and financial records are kept for applicable tax/accounting requirements and the period needed to handle refunds, disputes or legal claims. Support correspondence is retained for the time needed to resolve the enquiry and relevant follow-up. Marketing details are retained until you unsubscribe or they are no longer needed; a limited suppression record may be kept to respect your choice. Cookie and analytics retention depends on the relevant service settings. We assess retention by the purpose, legal duties, sensitivity of the data and any continuing need; an erasure request does not override legal retention obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and withdraw consent. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to object to direct marketing at any time. Contact santsolu@gmail.com to exercise your rights. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; where the law allows an extension, we will explain it.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. Please contact us if you would like us to investigate a concern first.
Required information and security
We need certain contact, address and payment information to fulfil an order; without it we may be unable to complete your purchase. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Updates
We may update this notice to reflect changes in the store, providers or legal requirements. Updated 13 October 2026.
